Independence Day 2008

Kelly and Bradley had an exciting Independence Day. We celebrated our nation's freedom by running a 10k and by experiencing a national pasttime, a Braves game.

The day started with us running the Peachtree 10k with Kelly's dad. We saw the wheel chair racers go by, the Kenyans, and the first group. We stepped in after that. It was cool seeing the people running who were dressud up, and all the people lined up along the street cheering you on, and all the bands that came and were playing along the street. It was a fun time!

The evening ended with a Braves game. We saw the Braves beat the Astros, 6-2, with Kelly's parents and our friends Phillip and Stacy. After the game there was a really great fireworks display.
